Standards of Work. The Contractor agrees that the performance of work and services pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement shall conform to accepted professional standards.
Standards of Work. The Union agrees for its members who are covered by this Agreement that they will individually and collectively perform safe, efficient, and diligent service, and that they will use their influence and best efforts to protect the property of the Employer.

Any instructions that affect the scope of the work, price, period of performance, or any other provisions of the Grant must be in accordance with specific provisions of the Grant. The Grantee agrees that the performance of the services under this Grant shall be performed to high professional standards.

The Contractor shall furnish efficient business administration and superintendence, and he shall perform the Work in the best way and in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of UNIDO and the Project Counterpart.
