ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SERVICE. NOTIFICATIONS TO THE CLIENT This contract shall enter into force upon its subscription. For a subscription during the contractual relationship, the Client will receive, on the usual date, his/her account statements, documents and inf ormation on a durable medium other than paper in the month following the subscription. As soon as an account statement, document and information is made available in the secure area, the Client will receive an email message in his/her personal inbox or other SMS-ty pe electronic message, inf orming him/her of the existence of a message in his/her secure messaging indicating the list of statements, documents and information made av ailable. In the ev ent of a change of email address or mobile phone number, it is the Client’s responsibility to so inform the Bank in order to continue receiving the messages and the af orementioned notifications. Otherwise, the Service will be suspended due to the Client.
