Entry to Customer's Business. You agree to allow us to enter your business during normal business hours by appointment to perform necessary activities related to the installation, inspection, repair, replacement or disconnection of our Equipment and Service. You will allow us to make attachments and connections that are necessary to provide Service to you. If you are not the owner of the premises to be entered, you must supply proof that you are authorized to allow work to be done on such premises.

Entry to Customer's Business. You agree to allow us to enter your business during normal business hours by appointment to perform necessary activities related to the installation, inspection, repair, replacement or disconnection of our Equipment and Verizon Fios IS. You will allow us to make attachment and connections that are necessary to provide Verizon Fios IS to you. If you are not the owner of the premises to be entered, you must supply proof that you are authorized to allow work to be done on such premises. The following additional terms apply to E-Mail Service ("E-M Service") (and bundles containing such this service as a component):
Entry to Customer's Business. Customer agrees to allow OCTO/DC-Net to enter Customer’s business during normal business hours by appointment to perform necessary activities related to the installation, inspection, repair, replacement or disconnection of OCTO/DC-Net’s Equipment and Service. Customer will allow OCTO/DC-Net to make attachments and connections that are necessary to provide Service to Customer. If Customer is not the owner of the premises to be entered, Customer must supply proof that Customer is authorized to allow work to be done on such premises.

Related to Entry to Customer's Business

  • License to Customer Vendor grants to Customer, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license, solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes, to use, copy, modify, display, perform (by any means), transmit and prepare derivative works of any Vendor IP embodied in or delivered to Customer in conjunction with the Work Product. The foregoing license includes the right to sublicense third parties, solely for the purpose of engaging such third parties to assist or carryout Customer’s internal business use of the Work Product. Except for the preceding license, all rights in Vendor IP remain in Vendor.

  • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.

  • To Customer To the extent Goods or any of their substances fall within the scope of other chemical control regulations, Supplier confirms and represents that the Goods or any of their substances, are fully compliant with these regulations.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.
