Entry to Program - New Apprentices. 10. Entrance into the program without any previous training of any kind will in all cases be subject to the applicant meeting the standards required for acceptance, established by the Company and the apprenticeship branch. The Company will inform the joint Union management apprenticeship committee of such standards as tests and scores required for acceptance, and of any subsequent changes in those standards, and be given opportunity to review an employee's test results, if requested by the employee.
