Enumeration of Rights Not Exclusive. The enumeration of the Authority’s rights, as set forth in this Article, shall not be deemed to exclude other rights of management not specifically set forth herein, since the parties expressly agree that the Authority retains all legal rights to which it is entitled as an employer and retains all other rights not otherwise covered by this Agreement, whether or not such rights have been exercised in the past.‌

  • Remedies Not Exclusive The remedies for breach set forth in this Contract are cumulative as to one another and as to any other provided by law, rather than exclusive; and the expression of certain remedies in this Contract does not preclude resort by either Party to any other remedies provided by law.
