Allocation of Rights. A. Each Party shall be entitled to a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license in all countries to translate, reproduce, and publicly distribute scientific and technical journal articles, reports, and books directly arising from cooperation under this Agreement. All publicly distributed copies of a copyrighted work prepared under this provision shall indicate the names of the authors of the work unless an author explicitly declines to be named.

Allocation of Rights. A. Both UNIVERSITY and SPONSOR agree to promptly disclose to the other all Intellectual Property developed in the course of the work under this Agreement. The Intellectual Property developed solely by the SPONSOR shall be owned by the SPONSOR. The Intellectual Property developed solely by the UNIVERSITY in the performance of work under this Agreement shall be owned by the UNIVERSITY. The Intellectual Property developed jointly by the UNIVERSITY and SPONSOR in the performance of work under this Agreement shall be jointly owned.

Each Party, subject to the terms of their own national legislation, may, by means of a contract, have non- exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to translate, reproduce, adapt, transmit and publicly distribute the articles, reports and technical and scientific books generated directly by the cooperative activities covered by this Agreement, provided that the legal provisions on the ownership and transfer of copyright for the creation of the work are respected. All the copies of works subject to copyright produced in line with these provisions and publicly distributed must mention the names of the authors, except where the authors have specifically declined that right.
Allocation of Rights. This Agreement and the performance of this Agreement will not affect the ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights.
