Environmental Risk Insurance. Environmental damage coverage indemnifies solar system owners of the risk of either environmental damage done by their development or pre-existing damage on the development site. Environmental Risk Insurance. SDSTA shall secure Environmental Risk Insurance naming Homestake the Homestake Indemnified Parties (as that term is used in the Property Donation Agreement as an additional insureds to cover any and all on-site and off-site pollution for its use or occupancy of the Property for the Replacement Easement and Permitted Uses, or provide for such coverage under policies SDSTA maintains under the Property Donation Agreement. By way of clarification, apart from the requirements of this section to ensure Homestake and its Affiliates are additional insureds and ensuring coverage under the existing policy or policies of the Property and for the Permitted Uses, SDSTA need not purchase additional environmental risk insurance limits of liability above or beyond thosethat required under the Property Donation Agreement.

  • Builder’s Risk Insurance Contractor shall provide a Builder’s Risk Policy to be made payable to the Owner and Contractor, as their interests may appear. The policy amount should be equal to 100% of the Contract Sum, written on a Builder’s Risk “All Risk”, or its equivalent. The policy shall be endorsed as follows: The following may occur without diminishing, changing, altering or otherwise affecting the coverage and protection afforded the insured under this policy:

  • All Risk Property Insurance (i) During construction, an All Risk Property insurance policy including earthquake and flood (with sublimits as appropriate) shall be maintained during the course of Work being performed and include Start-up and testing for installed equipment and delayed opening coverage. Such policy shall include coverage for materials and equipment while under the care, custody and control of the Seller during the course of Work, at the Site, offsite or while in transit to the Site.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

  • Pollution Liability Insurance 15.1.6.1 Developer shall procure and maintain Pollution Liability Insurance that shall protect Developer, District, Construction Manager(s), Project Inspector(s), and Architect(s) from all claims for bodily injury, property damage, including natural resource damage, cleanup costs, removal, storage, disposal, and/or use of the pollutant arising from operations under this Facilities Lease, and defense, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims. Coverage shall apply to sudden and/or gradual pollution conditions resulting from the escape or release of smoke, vapors, fumes, acids, alkalis, toxic chemicals, liquids, or gases, natural gas, waste materials, or other irritants, contaminants, or pollutants, including asbestos. This coverage shall be provided in a form at least as broad as Insurance Services Offices, Inc. (ISO) Form CG 2415, or Developer shall procure and maintain these coverages separately.
