EO NAC Committee Representation and Meeting Processes. (a) The Employers Organization NAC shall be comprised of (1) one nurse from each facility/site/program appointed by the Union, and senior nursing management representatives from the facilities/sites appointed by the Employer, the number of whom shall not exceed the number of Union representatives. Other persons may be invited to participate as mutually agreed.
