Common use of Epidemic or pandemic; Clause in Contracts

For the avoidance of doubt any reasonable modifications to the educational provision made by the School in order to meet legal obligations, comply with government guidance and to protect the health safety and well-being of staff or pupils shall not affect the obligation of the Parents to pay the Fees in accordance with this agreement.
