Equipment and Facilities Furnished by Manager. The cost of machinery, equipment and facilities owned by the Manager and used in Operations or used to provide support or utility services to Operations charged at rates commensurate with the actual costs of ownership and operation of such machinery, equipment and facilities. Such rates shall include costs of maintenance, repairs, other operating expenses, insurance, taxes, depreciation and interest at a rate not to exceed Prime Rate plus three percent (3%) per annum. Such rates shall not exceed the average commercial rates currently prevailing in the vicinity of the Operations.

For automotive equipment, Manager may elect to use rates published by the Petroleum Motor Transport Association.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment not otherwise in use. Such equipment shall not be removed from the building without permission of the building principal. The individual using the equipment shall be responsible for repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear if the equipment is damaged, stolen, or lost. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. The Association may use school buildings for meetings by arranging such use with the building principals.

  • Office and Facilities The Executive shall be provided with appropriate offices and with such secretarial and other support facilities as are commensurate with the Executive's status with the Company and adequate for the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder.
