Common use of Equipment and Facilities Use Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Facilities Use. The Association may use school equipment, including typewriters, copy machines, duplication equipment, and audio-visual equipment normally available to employees after school hours, provided that such equipment shall not be removed from school property. The building administrator's office will be notified prior to such use of school equipment. The use shall be internal Association business.
