Common use of Equipment, Etc Clause in Contracts

Equipment, Etc. Circle K shall deliver to CrossAmerica such bills of sale, endorsements, assignments and other good and sufficient instruments of conveyance and transfer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to CrossAmerica, as shall be effective to vest in CrossAmerica all of Circle K's right, title and interest in and to the applicable CK Equipment and other CK Assets.
