Equipment Interference. If any part of the Equipment, in the opinion of the Owner, acting reasonably, adversely affects or interferes, or will adversely affect or interfere with any equipment, systems or operations within the Building, or with the operation or rights of any of the tenants or other licensees of the Building, the Licensee shall, immediately upon receipt of written notice from the Owner, take steps to rectify the situation, and if, within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice from the Owner, the situation has not been rectified, then the Owner may terminate this Agreement without ramification or liability and the Licensee shall vacate the Building. If the operation of the Licensee's Equipment or the provision of the Services is interfered with by the operation of other equipment or by the activities of third parties in or in respect of the Building, the Licensor shall, to the extent that it is commercially reasonable, upon being provided by the Licensee with written notice and reasonable particulars concerning the nature of the interference, extend commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Licensee, at Licensee’s cost, in obtaining removal or amelioration of the interference within a time frame that is appropriate having regard to the nature and extent of the interference.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. Each Borrower shall have the right to sell Equipment to the extent set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.

  • Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use. The schedule shall be posted. Deviations from the schedule shall be made only in an emergency or when other means of communication are not possible or feasible.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Physical Collocation (a) If space for Physical Collocation is immediately available at the time of CLEC's request, SBC-AMERITECH shall include in its notice to CLEC: (i) the space to be provided, and (ii) whether SBC- AMERITECH can deliver the space to CLEC by the date set forth in Section 12.15.2(d).

  • Collocation of Switching Equipment CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.

  • The Equipment 9.1 The British Council Equipment shall remain the property of the British Council and shall be used by the Supplier in the performance of the Services and for no other purposes.

Supplier will provide the Equipment, Products, or Services as stated in its Proposal submitted under the Solicitation Number listed above. All Equipment and Products provided under this Contract must be new and the current model. Supplier may offer close-out or refurbished Equipment or Products if they are clearly indicated in Supplier’s product and pricing list. Unless agreed to by the Participating Entities in advance, Equipment or Products must be delivered as operational to the Participating Entity’s site. This Contract offers an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed.
