Common use of Equipment Orientation Clause in Contracts

Equipment Orientation. Unless the cost of orientation is itemized on the Price Schedule, the cost of the equipment includes orientation to familiarize the end user on how the vehicle will operate, the mounting and removal of accessories and options, and all operating and safety instruction. The Contractor must provide orientation where the ordering entity takes possession, unless otherwise requested by the ordering entity. Orientation for drop shipped goods may be accomplished via video or other means as approved by the ordering entity.
