Equipment Safety. It is to the mutual advantage of both the Company and the employee that employees shall not operate equipment which are not in a safe operating condition and not equipped with the safety appliances required by law. Equipment declared unsafe by a Supervisor will not be put back into service until necessary repairs have been completed.
