Common use of Equipment Safety Clause in Contracts

Equipment Safety. All operations involving equipment must be conducted according to the applicable OSHA standards. All equipment operators must be certified or licensed according to federal, state, and local requirements. All equipment must be inspected according to OSHA requirements and before use by the operator. The contractor is solely responsible for compliance with this safety requirement.
