Equitable Treatment/Nondiscrimination. 1. The parties agree that they will not engage in any act or practice or pursue any policy which results directly or indirectly in coercion or discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, national or ethnic origin, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age, religion, status as a veteran, disability or political affiliation.
2. The College will not discriminate in applying the provisions of this Agreement.
3. The Employer agrees that it will not discriminate against employees because of their membership or non-membership in employee organizations.
