The Flexible Work Arrangements Guide has been developed for the purpose to achieve “Work Life Balance”. Queensland Health is committed to implementing all strategies and performance indicators as agreed. The parties acknowledge that increased flexibility and improvements in working arrangements can further the aims of efficiency, effectiveness and equity.
