Appropriate Remuneration. Appropriate Remuneration. From 1 September 2008, the following remuneration shall be paid for employees that meet the requirements outlined in clause 8.1.1 of this agreement: • AO2 an additional $48.60 per fortnight for Certificate III (AQF III) or higher; • AO3 an additional $50.10 per fortnight for Certificate IV (AQF IV) or higher; and • AO4 an additional $52.20 per fortnight for Diploma (AQF V) or higher. From 1 September 2009, the following remuneration shall be paid for employees that meet the requirements outlined in clause 8.1.1 of this agreement: • AO2 an additional $50.50 per fortnight for Certificate III (AQF III) or higher; • AO3 an additional $52.10 per fortnight for Certificate IV (AQF IV) or higher; and • AO4 an additional $54.30 per fortnight for Diploma (AQF V) or higher. From 1 September 2010, the following remuneration shall be paid for employees that meet the requirements outlined in clause 8.1.1 of this agreement: • AO2 an additional $52.50 per fortnight for Certificate III (AQF III) or higher; • AO3 an additional $54.20 per fortnight for Certificate IV (AQF IV) or higher; and • AO4 an additional $56.50 per fortnight for Diploma (AQF V) or higher. Any employee who submits an application for an assessment for completion of the qualification at the higher level through the RPL process or RCC process and is subsequently deemed competent at the level shall be paid the additional increment from the date of application regardless of whether it is through training, RPL or RCC. Queensland Health will provide reasonable time for students to complete applications and relevant paper work for the application for assessment, students will be encouraged and supported to make reasonable progress to complete modules in a timely manner.
Appropriate Remuneration. Employees receive wages and additional benefits as remuneration that do not fall below the minimum levels established by law or by agreement and that, for work within normal working hours for the location, allow them and their families enjoy at least the minimum standard of living. All employees are provided with clearly formulated oral and written information in the relevant language of the country regarding wage terms and the time framework for their remuneration. Wage deductions are admissible only when required in accordance with the statutory provisions applicable in the relevant country. Employees are informed along with each wage payment regarding the amount of remuneration due and any wage deductions. Otherwise wage payment modalities pursuant to ILO convention No. 95 shall be followed, taking account of the relevant local statutory regulations. By agreement between employee representatives and Xxxxxxxxxx, established employee incentive systems, such as bonus wages or employee suggestion system (KNIFF), can also be introduced at the international locations/plants in order to promote direct involvement of workers in productivity increases and their motivation.
Appropriate Remuneration. The following remuneration shall be paid for employees that meet the requirements in Clause 12.1: Certificate IV (AQF IV) for Area Officer $40.00 per fortnight Diploma (AQF V) for Area Officer in Charge $42.50 per fortnight Advanced Diploma (AQF VI) for Ports Supervisor $45.00 per fortnight Certificate IV (AQF IV) for Administrative Officer Level 1 $40.00 per fortnight Diploma (AQF V) for Administrative Officer Level 2 $42.50 per fortnight Advanced Diploma (AQF VI) for Administrative Officer Level 3 $45.00 per fortnight These allowances will be applicable for all purposes of this Agreement. These allowances will increase annually from 1 January by the same % increase as the wages rates in clause 5.1
Appropriate Remuneration. Appropriate compensation (basic requirement) at least as specified in applicable national minimum wage legislation is assured. Siemens applies the principle of "equal remuneration for work of equal value", for example for men and women, in line with national provisions.
