EQUITY OF ASSIGNMENTS. a. Workloads and academic advising shall be divided equitably among the full-time faculty in each department and program area on an annual basis. The same faculty within a department or program area will not always be given an assigned overload. However, nothing in this subsection shall restrict a faculty member to volunteer for additional teaching/non-teaching assignments above a normal workload at any time.
