Common use of Ergonomic Assessments Clause in Contracts

Ergonomic Assessments. At the request of the employee, the Employer will ensure that an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s work station is completed by a person trained to conduct ergonomic assessments. Such employee requests should be made in writing. The Employer will ensure that an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s work station is scheduled, or that the employee is provided with the materials and support to conduct a self-assessment of their work station which will be reviewed by a trained person, within thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the request for assessment.
