Common use of Ergonomic Concerns Clause in Contracts

Ergonomic Concerns. Upon request of the employee, the Employer will endeavor to provide ergonomically correct equipment. When new equipment is purchased, when possible and within budget considerations, the University will attempt to obtain ergonomically correct equipment, such as glare screens; chairs with adjustable heights and back rests; foot rests; adjustable tables for holding keyboards; and keyboards designed to decrease the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome.
