Performance Assessments. (a) Where a formal performance assessment of an employee’s work performance is conducted, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read, review and discuss the assessment. The performance assessment will be initialed by the employee to indicate that he has received and read a copy of same. A place will be provided on the assessment form for the employee to indicate their agreement or disagreement with the review.
Performance Assessments. (a) Regular performance assessments shall only be used by the Employer as a means of assisting in the training and development of Employees or to bring to the Employee's attention areas that require improvement. An Employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read, review and discuss any such performance assessment. The Employee may sign the assessment, which act shall only indicate completion of the assessment, not concurrence or rejection.

The Charter School shall forward publicly available results from statewide assessments to the District promptly upon receipt by the Charter School, but in no event later than October 1 or two weeks after the California Department of Education publishes results, whichever is later.

If after thirty (30) days she/he has not received the requested assessment, she/he may have the last performance assessment removed from his/her file.
