ERGONOMIC ENVIRONMENT. Whenever the Court plans to purchase or replace workstation furniture for Court Reporters, the Court will provide sixty (60) days advance notification to the Union prior to the submission of the purchase order. This section applies to mass purchases of more than one workstation at the time, not individual replacements for damage, unique situations, etc.
