Errors in Transmission By using the Services you accept the risk that an item may be intercepted or misdirected during transmission. The Bank bears no liability to you or others for any such intercepted or misdirected items or information disclosed through such errors.
Contractor’s Insurance 27.1 The Contractor shall procure and maintain at all times it performs any portion of the Services the following insurance with minimum limits equal to the amount indicated below.

Errors/Omissions The Engineer shall make revisions to the work authorized in this contract which are necessary to correct errors or omissions appearing therein, when required to do so by the State. No additional compensation shall be paid for this work.
Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.
CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements of this Contract are set forth in Appendix J and, if applicable, Appendix J.1.
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.
Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. Such insurance will cover all professional services rendered by or on behalf of PROVIDER and its subcontractors under this Agreement. Renewal policies written on a claims- made basis will maintain the same retroactive date as in effect at the inception of this Agreement. If coverage is written on a claims-made basis, PROVIDER agrees to purchase an Extended Reporting Period Endorsement, effective for two (2) full years after the expiration or cancellation of the policy. No professional liability policy written on an occurrence form will include a sunset or similar clause that limits coverage unless such clause provides coverage for at least three (3) years after the expiration of cancellation of this Agreement.
Condition of the Contractor’s Property or Equipment The Contractor shall make the Property and/or equipment available to the Judicial Council, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall immediately remedy any problem with the Property’s physical plant or equipment that impairs or diminishes the quality of the Program. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate hot water, heating, and ventilation is provided at the Property during the Program, inclusive in the prices set forth herein.
Errors State Street shall assume no responsibility for failure to detect any erroneous payment order provided that State Street complies with the payment order instructions as received and State Street complies with the Security Procedure. The Security Procedure is established for the purpose of authenticating payment orders only and not for the detection of errors in payment orders.
