Examples of Defects or Deficiencies in a sentence
The root cause of problems re- sulting in TRs may be Defects or Deficiencies which must be corrected through Product or procedure changes.
All Defects or Deficiencies identified by such inspection or testing shall be the subject of a monthly report to Aladdin.
The report shall describe in detail (i) all Defects or Deficiencies identified which are reasonably likely to have an adverse impact on the Plant Schedule, (ii) all corrections, all Work that was re-performed and related services rendered during the immediately preceding month and (iii) all Defects not then corrected or re-performed.
Aladdin assumes no responsibility for injury or claims resulting from (i) failure of such Work to comply with applicable Laws or Government Approvals or (ii) Defects or Deficiencies.
If Services performed by Vendor prove not to be performed in accordance with this Warranty and if Owner notifies Vendor of this failure within a thirty (30) days period commencing on the date of completion of the Service, Vendor, at its option, either will correct all Defects or Deficiencies or render a full or prorated refund or credit based on the original charge for the Services.
