Errors in Submittals. An error in a Proposal Package may be cause for rejection of that Proposal. Siskiyou County may make certain corrections, if the Proposer’s intent is clearly established based on a review of the complete Proposal.

Errors in Submittals. Any error in a Submittal that is not withdrawn prior to the award of a contract shall not relieve the submitting offeror from any obligation to provide the goods or services to be acquired through this RFQ at the prices stated in that Submittal.

  • Contractor’s Submittals The Contract shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Work Project Schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Contract Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, the Contractor shall review each submittal for compliance with the Contract Documents and certify its approval by an approval stamp affixed to each copy.
