Escalator Clause. 24.1 In the event that OPG and The Society negotiate a Collective Agreement for a term of more than one year, a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) escalator clause shall become part of such an Agreement and shall be applicable to all employees covered by that Agreement. 24.2 It is agreed that the provisions of this Article are suspended until December 31, 2003.
