ESP District Longevity. ESP district longevity is defined as the number of uninterrupted years of service by an employee within the Prairie Central School District. Longevity pay is earned as follows: 13-14 years 1% on yearly base wage 15-19 years 1.5% on yearly base wage 20-24 years 2% on yearly base wage 25-29 years 3% on yearly base wage 30+ years 4% on yearly base wage

  • District Contribution Effective January 1, 2019:

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.
