Establishment of Committees. (a) The Regional Transmission Owners shall supply representatives to the Planning Committee to provide the data, information, and analysis support necessary to perform studies as required. As used herein, "Regional Transmission Owner" shall be defined as it is in the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff ("PJM Tariff").
