Common use of Establishment of Health and Welfare Committee Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Health and Welfare Committee. A. The Committee shall make a good faith effort to inform all affected employees on how to reduce costs of the medical, dental and vision services. It is further agreed that the Union will take an active role in promoting and educating its members in prudent health care use. The Committee shall consist of one member appointed by Union Local No. 106 and three members appointed by the Mayor.
