Establishment of ongoing joint committees. In order to carry out the ongoing work of maintaining the JE system, each party shall appoint one (1) Co-chair person, one (1) member and one (1) alternate to the permanent JJESC, and a minimum of two (2) members and one (1) alternate to the Job Rating Committee (JRC). In addition, each party may designate an advisor who will have voice but no vote in decisions of the JJESC.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.
