Joint Committees. The Medical Center shall have the right to establish committees in the workplace that involve bargaining unit employees. The Medical Center shall notify the Union when standing committees are established by the Medical Center that includes bargaining unit staff. This notification shall include the purpose, approximate meeting schedule and bargaining unit staff involved. Related to Joint Committees

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
