Estates and Representatives. Subject to this Policy’s terms and conditions, the Liability Insuring Agreements (if purchased) will afford coverage for a Claim for Wrongful Acts of an Insured Person if such Claim is made against the estates, heirs, legal representatives or assigns of an Insured Person who is deceased or against the legal representatives or assigns of an Insured Person who is incompetent, insolvent or bankrupt, to the extent that such Claim, if brought against such Insured Person, would have been covered in the absence of such death, incompetence, insolvency or bankruptcy. This coverage extension will not apply to the extent the Claim alleges any act, error, misstatement, misleading statement, neglect, omission or breach of duty by any party other than the Insured Person.
Estates and Representatives. In the case of any Optionor who has died or become incompetent, any reference in this Section 3 to such Optionor shall be a reference to such Optionor's estate or other legal representatives or successors, as the context may require.
