Estimated Compensation for Services. ENGINEER's estimate of the amount that will become payable for services performed under this compensation method (including Reimbursable Expenses) will be based on each Task Order. Each Task Order amount for services under this Agreement performed under this compensation method will be based on a not-to-exceed estimate. Compensation shall not exceed the estimated amount included in the Task Order without authorization by LOUDOUN WATER.
