Common use of Estimated Construction Cost Reports Clause in Contracts

Estimated Construction Cost Reports. Construction Manager shall prepare and update an Estimated Construction Cost report as required by Article 5.4 at fifty percent (50%) and ninety-five percent (95%) completion of the schematic, design development and construction documents phases.
