ETITLE. The Department has designed the electronic title report database software known as eTitle. The Vendor will be provided this software along with the eTitle User’s Guide which includes instructions on how to input and utilize the database and reports. The Department requires that the Vendor have the appropriate staff and technological capability to process information and reports through said eTitle. The Vendor must prepare all reports using the eTitle software. The Department’s staff will be available for further instruction and troubleshooting for the Vendor as necessary.

  • ABSTRACT AND TITLE Sellers, at their expense, shall promptly obtain an abstract of title to the Real Estate continued through the date of this contract and deliver it to Buyers for examination. It shall show merchantable title in Sellers in conformity with this contract, Iowa law and the Title Standards of the Iowa State Bar Association.   • Platby In consideration for the services rendered by the Institute, in the Study, the Sponsor agrees to pay to the Institute according to the Budget, attached as Exhibit B hereto (the “Fee”).
