The Evacuation Plan clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for safely evacuating a premises in the event of an emergency. It typically specifies who is responsible for initiating the evacuation, the routes to be used, assembly points, and any special provisions for individuals with disabilities or hazardous materials. Evacuation Plan. An emergency evacuation plan must be developed and revised as necessary to reflect the current condition of the residents in the home. The evacuation plan must be rehearsed with all occupants.

Evacuation Plan. Each Agency Facility shall be covered by an evacuation plan that sets forth procedures for safe and efficient evacuation during emergencies.
