Confidentiality 26.1 Information relating to the evaluation of Bids and recommendation to award Framework Agreements, shall not be disclosed to Bidders or any other persons not officially concerned with the Bidding process until information on Award of the Framework Agreement(s) is transmitted to all Bidders in accordance with ITB 37. 26.2 Any effort by a Bidder to influence the Procuring Agency in the evaluation or decision to award Framework Agreement(s) may result in the rejection of its Bid.
