Evaluation by Human Resources. 27.3.1 Upon receipt of the completed position description, Human Resources will evaluate its classification to an appropriate salary band in accordance with the mutually agreed upon job family framework, market comparators, and bargaining unit consistency. At any point during the evaluation, Human Resources may consult with the MSA with respect to the findings.
