Overtime accrued Sample Clauses

Overtime accrued during each fiscal year shall be taken within six (6) months of the end of the fiscal year, unless the employee receives written approval from the appropriate OOS Manager prior to the end of the fiscal year to carry forward banked time. Any unused overtime shall be paid out at the applicable overtime rate.

Overtime accrued at National or Provincial Executive meetings and General Meetings shall be taken as time off in lieu of payment. When an employee can demonstrate that taking time off in lieu of payment will interfere with her ability to perform her basic duties in a timely fashion, she may request to have her overtime paid out. Such a request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Overtime accrued in the obtaining of an Instructors Ticket for this position shall be subject to the same conditions as laid out in the Letter of Understanding regarding Employee Training (Appendix 5).

  • Sick Leave Accrual Full-time employees will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave in a calendar month. Part- time employees will accrue sick leave credit on the same proportional basis that their employment schedule bears to a full-time schedule, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a calendar month.

  • Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.

  • Accrued Sick Leave The Board shall provide all employees with a cumulative record 23 of accrued sick leave hours on each pay statement.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Accrued 100% sick leave The use of sick leave under this subsection is at the employee's discretion.

  • Accrued (and theretofore unpaid) interest shall be payable (i) in respect of each Base Rate Loan, quarterly in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date, (ii) in respect of each Eurodollar Loan, on the last day of each Interest Period applicable thereto and, in the case of an Interest Period in excess of three months, on each date occurring at three month intervals after the first day of such Interest Period and (iii) in respect of each Loan, on any repayment or prepayment (on the amount repaid or prepaid), at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) and, after such maturity, on demand.

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.
