Evaluation: General Provisions. A. The primary purpose of evaluation is to assess the degree to which the unit member has met the district’s performance standards including, but not limited to, the items listed in the member’s job description and duties specified by written rule in order that the member can be engaged in purposeful and continued professional growth.
