Evaluation Materials. An employee will receive a copy of his or her evaluation within a reasonable period of time after all criteria for the evaluation have been met. Management will maintain all evaluation materials in a confidential manner to the extent consistent with American University policies and applicable law. An employee may request and will be provided with materials in his or her evaluation file, with confidential or identifying information redacted.
