EVENT PROGRAMS. The Center does not provide printed programs for rental engagements. If the User provides a program, the Center will arrange for its ushers to distribute them, and the Center retains the right to insert promotional material for upcoming events into any program. Any copy concerning Queen Creek Performing Arts Center must be approved in advance by the Management.

EVENT PROGRAMS. Grant recipients will use, in a size at least 1 inch in width, the ArtsWave logo on the title page of all programs for activities/events funded through this grant. Logo size and placement should be proportional to ArtsWave’s support comparative to other sources of funding. Newspaper/Magazine Advertising Any advertising for the funded program, regardless of size or length, should credit ArtsWave. News Releases News releases about the funded programming must credit ArtsWave support. Example: “XYZ is supported by the generosity of the thousands of young professional contributors to the ArtsWave Community Campaign.” Event Signage Wall text must include ArtsWave. If there is no wall text, grant recipients may place a sign near the entrance crediting ArtsWave as follows: “Supported by the generosity of the thousands of young professional contributors to the ArtsWave Campaign.” Electronic Recognition

Any copy concerning Venice Performing Arts Center must be approved in advance by the Management. The Performing Arts Organizations agree to give the school an opportunity to include promotional adds in their programs in lieu of inserting promotional material. The Center also retains the right to distribute promotional materials at any event held in the Center.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article.   • Program 3.01 The Recipient declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end:

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.
