Evidence of Renewal. Not less than thirty (30) Days prior to the expiration of any insurance required by the Contract Documents due to its normal expiration or renewal date, Contractor shall furnish Owner with updated certificates of insurance and other necessary documentation, to clearly evidence continuation of all requisite coverage.

Evidence of Renewal. The Contractor will furnish evidence of the renewal or extension at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiry date of the policy by way of a duly completed Ministry Certificate of Insurance (H0111), subject to the condition that originals or signed, certified copies of all current policies and necessary endorsements shall be forwarded within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the date of issuance of the Ministry Certificate of Insurance to: The Manager, Insurance and Bonds, Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, PO Box 0000 XXX Prov Govt, 4th Floor, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, X.X.   • Acceptance of Rent 7.1 Acceptance of Rent by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent shall be at all times without prejudice to and shall not be a waiver of the rights and remedies of the Landlord in respect of any breach of the Tenant’s agreements of stipulations contained in this Agreement; and any Rent paid by any third party will be accepted from that person as the agent of the Tenant only and will not confer on the third party any rights as the Tenant.

  • Auto-Renewal In the event that this Agreement is automatically renewed, the Business Associate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and laws referenced in this Agreement that are current and in effect at the time of renewal.
