Evidence of the Contractor’s Insurance. A. When the Contractor delivers the executed counterparts of the Agreement to NBU, the Contractor shall also deliver to NBU, with copies to each named insured and additional insured, the certificates and other evidence of insurance required to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with the Insurance Rider that is Exhibit A to this Agreement.
