Examination papers. The Examinations Office will notify schools and departments of the examinations that they are expecting to take place in each assessment period. The Examinations Office will run a session for staff in the Support Centres, HBS Programme Administration and ISLI Programme Administration on paper formatting. The Examinations Office will also provide supporting documentation for this process. The Examinations Office will receive papers from the Support Centres, HBS Programme Administration and ISLI Programme Administration for each examination period by the dates nominated within the dates document. The Examinations Office will arrange printing of papers for in-person examinations. Once printed, these papers will be sorted by the Examinations Office and delivered to the relevant venues. The Examinations Office will add cover sheets to papers for online examinations before returning these to the Support Centre by the date nominated within the dates document. Examination papers. The RSGB will produce examination papers as required by a published examination timetable, or on request, as the case may be. Examination Conduct The RSGB will publish Rules of Conduct for the examinations that ensure that appropriate amateur radio examination standards are adhered to by RSGB staff, RSGB volunteers and examination candidates. The RSGB will maintain a register of examination venues, examination secretaries, invigilators and registered assessors who will provide examination services. The RSGB will have the reasonable authority to decline to register, or to withdraw registration, from any person or venue as the circumstances dictate. The RSGB will ensure that appropriate arrangements are made such that candidates with disability or situations that might inhibit their ability to attend a recognised examination venue are able to take examinations. The RSGB will ensure that disabled candidates are not disadvantaged by these arrangements. The RSGB will publish procedures for examination question challenges, irregular examination conduct and appeals against decisions. In the event of a complaint against any RSGB staff member, or RSGB examination volunteer, standard RSGB disciplinary procedures will be used.

Contractor agrees to allow the auditor(s) access to such records during normal business hours and to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, contractor agrees to include a similar right of the State to audit records and interview staff in any subcontract related to performance of this contract.

  • AUDITS AND EXAMINATIONS 8.1. Each Party to this Agreement will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of its data as submitted to the other Party involved. Subject to each Party’s reasonable security requirements and except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, either Party, at its own expense, may audit the other Party’s books, records and other documents directly related to billing and invoicing once in any twelve (12) month period for the purpose of evaluating the accuracy of the other Party’s billing and invoicing.   • Written Examination The content of any written examination will be scaled appropriately to the level of the position being considered. All written tests will be structured and administered to each given rank level. Written tests will be designated a general knowledge level or standards designated where rank and position warrant specialization. The Sheriff will determine where general or specialized standard testing is warranted. Personnel will be advised well in advance of testing as to the nature of the test to be administered. The Sheriff shall prepare the written examination or secure it from a professional testing agency.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.

  • Preliminary Examination 2.22.1 The Procuring entity will examine the tenders to determine whether they are complete, whether any computational errors have been made, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed, and whether the tenders are generally in order.

  • EXAMINATION OF RECORDS The Contractor shall maintain during the course of the work complete and accurate records of all of the Contractor's costs and documentation of items which are chargeable to H-GAC under this Agreement. H-GAC, through its staff or designated public accounting firm, the State of Texas, and United States Government, shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect, copy and audit those records on or off the premises by authorized representatives of its own or any public accounting firm selected by H- GAC. The right of access to records is not limited to the required retention period, but shall last as long as the records are retained. Failure to provide access to records may be cause for termination of the Agreement. The records to be thus maintained and retained by the Contractor shall include (without limitation): (1) personnel and payroll records, including social security numbers and labor classifications, accounting for total time distribution of the Contractor's employees working full or part time on the work, as well as cancelled payroll checks, signed receipts for payroll payments in cash, or other evidence of disbursement of payroll payments; (2) invoices for purchases, receiving and issuing documents, and all other unit inventory records for the Contractor's stocks or capital items; and (3) paid invoices and cancelled checks for materials purchased and for subcontractors' and any other third parties' charges. The Contractor further agrees that the examination of records outlined in this article shall be included in all subcontractor or third-party agreements.

  • Attorney Review The Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser has had the opportunity to consult with its legal counsel regarding the Agreement and that accordingly the terms of the Agreement are not to be construed against any party because that party drafted the Agreement or construed in favor of any Party because that Party failed to understand the legal effect of the provisions of the Agreement.
