Examinee Scores. RTU Riga Business School understands and acknowledges that where it becomes evident that there has been an infringement of this Section or the security of the Test Session was compromised, ETS Global reserves the right to refuse to release the Examinee test scores of the whole test session. Further, in the event that ETS Global requires to investigate whether there has been an infringement of this Section or to determine whether the security of the Test Session was compromised, RTU Riga Business School understands and acknowledges that Examinee scores will be withheld by ETS Global or RTU Riga Business School, provided that RTU Riga Business School has the right to score Tests, pending the outcome of the investigation. ETS Global reserves the right to charge RTU Riga Business School the normal fee in circumstances where Test Sessions are cancelled or scores are withheld due to infringement of this Section.

  • Eye Examinations For all covered EMPLOYEES required to use VDTs on average at least two (2) hours per day, the Department will provide a base line eye examination at the Occupational Safety and Health facility ("OSH"), followed by an eye examination at OSH once a year.

  • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Health Examination The University will provide to each member of the bargaining unit a physical examination at the time of employment. Thereafter, an exam will be provided if required by the appropriate accrediting authority or the University or by statute. Staff members returning from medical or disability leave must present a note from the treating physician which indicates the date the staff member was able to return to duty and certifying the staff member’s fitness to return to work full duty. The University may, at its own cost and expense, have a physician of its choosing perform a physical examination of the staff member to ensure fitness and capability to return to work.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.
