Excellent Performance Differential. Unit members are eligible for a performance differential of a one-time, non-cumulative bonus of $250.00 per year, in accordance with the following criteria and procedures: 1. If, at the end of the fiscal year, the Unit member receives an overall performance evaluation rating that exceeds expectations, he or she shall be awarded a performance differential of a one-time, non-cumulative bonus of $250.00 per year. 2. The provisions of this section shall not be subject to the provisions of Article 19, Grievance Procedure, with the exception that claims that the specific procedures set forth in this section (section E) were not complied with, shall be grievable up to and including the third step of the grievance procedure.
