Exception to Time Limits. The time limits provided in this Article shall be strictly observed unless extended by written agreement of the parties. Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising thereunder may be processed through this grievance procedure until resolution. It is understood that in order to be processed, the grievance would have to be filed prior to the expiration date of this Agreement.
